Special Order Policy
At YourDoctor, we offer a Special Order service for customized or non-standard requests.

1. Submitting a Special Order
To place a special order, you must provide:
- A valid email address
- A WhatsApp phone number
- A clear image of the requested item
- A written description of the order details
Once submitted, the order will be marked as Pending Review.
2. Review & Approval Process
- All special orders are reviewed by YourDoctor
- Review time: 1-3 working days
- Orders are evaluated based on availability, feasibility, and compliance
3. If the Order Is Approved
You will receive:
- Email and WhatsApp confirmation
- Total order amount and required deposit (25%)
- Payment instructions via Bank transfer or InstaPay
- Estimated delivery timeline
The order will NOT be confirmed until the 25% deposit is received.
4. Deposit & Confirmation Terms
- Required deposit: 25% of total order value
- Payment window: 1-3 days from approval
- If deposit not received within this period, order will be automatically cancelled
5. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
1-2 Weeks estimated arrival time
(Fridays and Saturdays excluded from working days)
6. If the Order Is Declined
- You will be notified via email or WhatsApp
- A clear explanation will be provided
- No payment will be requested
7. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation only possible before the order is approved
- Once approved and deposit paid, the order cannot be cancelled
8. Refund Policy
- No refunds for special orders once approved and deposit paid
- Deposits are non-refundable
9. YourDoctor Cancellation Rights
YourDoctor may cancel a special order if:
- The item becomes unavailable
- The request cannot be fulfilled
- Customer information is incomplete or incorrect
