2-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 2 days of receipt.

Return Conditions
- Products must be new, unused, and sealed in original packaging
- Any gifts or samples received must also be returned

Defective Products
If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us on the same day of receipt with clear photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time
Allow 4-7 business days for the return to reach our warehouse. Refund will be issued after inspection.

Cancellations
- Before shipment: Free cancellation
- After handover to shipping company: Delivery fees apply
- Online payments: 2-5% deduction from total order amount
- Online payment refunds take 10-12 days
