At YourDoctor, we are committed to processing your order with clarity and transparency.

Order Processing Time
1-3 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Orders placed after 10AM will begin processing the following business day.

Order Shipping Time
3-5 Business Days depending on your location.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation
Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp. After shipping, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Order Cancellation & Modification
Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and full name.

Order Tracking
Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment.

Missing or Delayed Orders
Contact our Customer Support team with your order number if your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe.

Packages Returned to Sender
If your package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive, an additional shipping charge will apply to resend.
