Brands and trademarks

1. Who we are

YourDoctor is an independent retailer. We buy genuine cosmetics, skincare and over-the-counter personal care products through ordinary commercial channels, import them sealed in their original packaging, and resell them in Egypt. We are not a pharmacy, and we do not employ pharmacists or doctors. We hold no appointment from any brand and we do not need one: reselling a genuine product that was bought through ordinary commercial channels and has not been altered is lawful trade, and that is the only thing we do.

2. The marks you see on this site

Product names, brand names, logos, packaging designs, label artwork and product photographs of third-party brands appear across this website: on product pages, in collection pages, in our educational content, and in our own product images.

Every one of those marks belongs to its owner, not to us. We use them for one purpose only: to identify the genuine products we sell, so that you can tell exactly which item you are buying.

Nothing on this website transfers any right in those marks, to us or to you. We claim no ownership of them, and we grant no licence to use them.

3. No affiliation

YourDoctor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand whose products it sells. We hold no licence, agency, distribution appointment, franchise or other formal relationship from any brand, and we do not describe ourselves as one. Where a brand statement, a certificate or a claim of appointment does not exist, we do not imply it.

If you have read anything on this site, on our social channels or in a message from us that reads otherwise, tell us at support@yourdoctor-eg.com and we will correct it.

4. What we do guarantee

• The products we sell are genuine and sealed when they reach you.
• Labels and packaging are the brand's own; we do not relabel, repackage or alter anything.
• Our own photographs and educational content are ours or licensed to us. Where we reproduce a

label, we reproduce it as it is printed on the product.

• Regulatory status and product safety information are set out in our

Terms of Service, sections 22 and 23, and in our Legal Notice, section 4.

5. If you own a brand and want to talk to us

Write to support@yourdoctor-eg.com. That address reaches YourDoctor directly, and it is the only contact point for anything on this page. Please include:

• the brand and the marks concerned;
• the page address on yourdoctor-eg.com where the issue appears;
• what you would like changed, and the basis of your request;
• how we can reach you.

We answer every message. If a listing, an image or a piece of wording should not be there, we correct it or take it down. If we believe a use is a lawful identification of genuine goods, we will say so plainly and explain why, and we will keep talking.

For rights complaints about content on this website generally, the route is the same address, as set out in our Legal Notice, section 3.

6. Customers
