Arrived damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
14-day sealed return
Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened items are non-returnable
Once a skincare, cosmetic, or hygiene item is opened, it can only be returned if it's defective, damaged, or wrong.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid in cash when the courier collects the return, or by InstaPay or bank transfer within 7 working days.
