This Legal Notice identifies the operator of the website at yourdoctor-eg.com (the “Website”) and sets out important legal information about it. It should be read together with our other policies, listed at the end.

2. Hosting & platform
The Website is operated on the Shopify e-commerce platform, provided by Shopify International Limited and its group companies. Hosting, checkout, and certain related services are provided by Shopify. For information on how Shopify processes personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Website: including the YourDoctor name and logo, product photographs, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement of them: is owned by or licensed to YourDoctor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-party trademarks. Brand names, logos and packaging shown on the Website are the trademarks of their owners. YourDoctor is an independent retailer of genuine products, imported sealed, and uses those marks only to identify the products it sells. YourDoctor is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any brand, and holds no licence, agency, distribution or other appointment from any brand. A brand owner with a question or a complaint about the use of its marks on this Website may write to support@yourdoctor-eg.com; we answer every notice and correct or remove anything that should not be there. If you believe that content on the Website infringes your rights, write to support@yourdoctor-eg.com with the page address, a description of the content, and the basis of your claim. We review every notice and remove or correct content where the claim is made out.
4. Content & liability
We prepare the content of this Website with care and provide it in good faith. Product descriptions and any educational content, including answers from our AI product-guide assistant where enabled, are provided for general information and do not replace advice from a qualified physician or pharmacist. We do not warrant that all content is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Products are original, sealed items imported from the United States (or the brand’s stated country of origin); cosmetics are not, and cannot be, “FDA-approved,” and certain products (such as benzoyl-peroxide acne treatments) are US over-the-counter (OTC) drug products that follow their US labelling: see our Terms of Service (“Regulatory Status of Products”) for detail, including our Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) position stated there. The Website may contain links to third-party websites that are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content. Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Egyptian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Governing law
This Legal Notice and the operation of the Website are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Legal Notice or the operation of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that entitle you to bring proceedings in another forum.

8. Consumer Protection Agency notice
Under Egyptian law, you have the right to return an eligible, unopened order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and to statutory remedies where an item is defective, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. If you believe we have not honoured a right under the Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may complain to the Consumer Protection Agency (“جهاز حماية المستهلك”) at cpa.gov.eg, the authority responsible for enforcing that law. Our registration details are set out in “Operator details” above and are published there as soon as they are issued.

٢. الاستضافة والمنصّة
يعمل الموقع على منصّة التجارة الإلكترونية Shopify، المُقدَّمة من Shopify International Limited والشركات التابعة لها. وتوفّر Shopify خدمات الاستضافة وإتمام الشراء وبعض الخدمات المرتبطة بها. ولمعرفة كيفية معالجة Shopify للبيانات الشخصية، يُرجى الاطّلاع على سياسة الخصوصية.
٣. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على الموقع: بما في ذلك اسم YourDoctor وشعاره وصور المنتجات والنصوص والرسومات واختيارها وترتيبها: مملوكة لـ YourDoctor أو مرخّصة لها، وهي محمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو توزيعها أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون موافقتنا الكتابية المسبقة.
علامات الأطراف الثالثة التجارية. أسماء العلامات التجارية وشعاراتها وعبواتها الظاهرة على الموقع مملوكة لأصحابها. وYourDoctor بائع تجزئة مستقل لمنتجات أصلية تُستورد مختومة في عبواتها، ولا تستخدم تلك العلامات إلا للتعريف بالمنتجات التي تبيعها. وYourDoctor ليست تابعة لأي علامة تجارية ولا معتمدة منها ولا برعايتها، ولا تحمل أي ترخيص أو وكالة أو توزيع أو تعيين آخر من أي علامة تجارية. ولصاحب العلامة التجارية أن يراسلنا على support@yourdoctor-eg.com بشأن أي استفسار أو شكوى عن استخدام علامته على هذا الموقع؛ ونحن نردّ على كل إخطار ونصحّح أو نزيل ما لا ينبغي وجوده. وانظر صفحة العلامات التجارية والماركات.

٤. المحتوى والمسؤولية

يخضع هذا الإشعار القانوني وتشغيل الموقع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، بما في ذلك قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018 وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020. ويكون أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذا الإشعار القانوني أو عن تشغيل الموقع أو يتّصل بهما خاضعًا لاختصاص المحاكم المصرية المختصّة، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية لحماية المستهلك تخوّلك رفع الدعوى أمام جهة قضائية أخرى.

٨. إشعار جهاز حماية المستهلك
بموجب القانون المصري، يحق لك استرجاع الطلب المؤهّل غير المفتوح خلال 14 يومًا من التسليم دون إبداء سبب، ولك حقوق قانونية إضافية إذا كان المنتج معيبًا، على النحو الموضّح في سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال. وإذا رأيت أننا لم نُراعِ حقًا من حقوقك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018، يمكنك التقدّم بشكوى إلى جهاز حماية المستهلك عبر الموقع cpa.gov.eg، وهو الجهة المنوطة بتطبيق هذا القانون. وتَرِد بيانات قيدنا في «بيانات الجهة المُشغّلة» أعلاه، وتُنشر هناك فور صدورها.
